DBR-310 are ANSI style Dead Bolt Release releases and are monitored as standard.
The releases have a “square” jaw which accepts a permanently thrown deadbolt.
On release, the jaw pivots sideways to allow the deadbolt to move out and the jaw will remain in that position until the deadbolt arrives back to move the jaw into the locked position.
