ERA 721 Window Restrictor for Metal

Features:
The Window Restrictor has been designed specifically with child safety in mind.
Restricts window opening to 75mm (3”).
Manufactured from a high tensile aluminium.
A special key is used to unlock and the lock can only be disconnected when the window is closed.
Ideal for high rise buildings as it allows ventilation with safety.
Suitable for metal framed windows.

Maintenance:
The pivot point should be lightly lubricated twice a year and the surface cleaned with a soft cloth to remove any dust or grime.
The product should be periodically adjusted and the fixings tightened to ensure a satisfactory operation.
