Full Description

Espagnolette window lock bar designed as a quick and easy solution for all types of casement windows. Features an offset low handle for easy reach operation. Face-fixed locking bar with 8mm adjustable mushroom cams ensures excellent weathering performance. Compatible with all espagnolette window handles, with a wide range of profile keeps available separately.

Robust design with inline gearbox available in 20mm and 22mm backset options, in four bar lengths from 600mm to 1200mm. Each bar has 2-3 mushroom cams depending on length (3 cams for 1000mm and 1200mm bars). Manufactured from high quality mild steel in accordance with BS 1449 Part 1 and meets corrosion resistance BS EN 1670:2007 Grade 4 (240 hours). Tested for over 25,000 cycles of opening.

Maintenance

• Lightly lubricate all moving parts twice per year using a light non-acidic mineral oil (e.g., “3 in 1”).
• Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth.
• Adjust and tighten fixings as necessary to maintain satisfactory operation.
