A cost-effective combination lock by means of an existing padlock.
Can also be used in conjunction with a lockout hasp so that multiple padlocks can lock out the cabinet, this means more than one user would have to be present to unlock the key cabinet.

Locking with a Padlockable Cam Lock (padlock not included).
