The PH352 Single Point Latch is designed to provide safe and reliable
emergency egress for single doors or the active leaf of rebated double doors.
Its compact push pad design ensures ease of use while maintaining compliance
with escape door requirements.

• Standard devices suit doors up to 2585mm high.
• Strikers for timber or metal doors supplied as standard.
• PVCu strikers available separately.
• Optional dogging (hold-back) facility available
  (not suitable for fire/smoke door assemblies).
• Optional micro-switch can be fitted in the mechanism for door status monitoring
  (please state when ordering).
• Optional outside access devices available to provide entry from outside.
