Safeware Replacement UPVC Lock Gearbox - Hook And Latch - 35mm Backset

This is a genuine replacement hook bolt gearbox for Safeware multipoint door locks. This gearbox is available with a 35mm backset, features a latch and hook bolt, and is unsprung.

Specification:

• Case Height: 255mm
• Case Width: Backset + 16mm
• Centres: 92mm / 62mm
• Backset: 35mm
• Spindle: Double 8mm

Operation:

• Lift Lever or Split Spindle.
• Suitable for right and left-handed doors. Undo the screw in the latch to remove it. Reverse and reinsert, then replace the screw.
• Note that this is almost identical in style to the Lockmaster case and is often confused. Lockmaster case height is 228mm, while Safeware is 255mm.
